We offer simple and efficient return policy.

Before we ship the package, you can cancel the order and get 100% refund.

After you have received the shipment, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt.

How to return?

1. CONTACT US

Email contact@justnotag and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, a 10% handling fee maybe deducted.

2. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION

We have return warehouses in different countries. Our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions. Simply drop us an email contact@justnotag.com 

3. RETURNS THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it back to us. You will be paying for the return shipping cost.

How to get a refund?

Once we receive the item, refunds will be issued within 3 business days. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method you made purchase with.

Please note:

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

We cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to us directly. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
