Once you complete the payment, you should get an email from us. If you did not receive any email, please check your spam box. If still no luck, please email us contact@justnotag.com so we can re-send or screenshot for you.

You will receive a tracking number once the package leaves the warehouse. It usually takes 2 to 4 business days for us to process your order before we ship it out.

We have different size charts on each product page. It is highly suggested you measure your own dimensions (e.g. bust, waist) and compare with our size charts before ordering. If you have any questions about specific measurements please contact us, or simply order a size up.

For changing order infomation:
Order not shipped: please email us and let us know how you want to change. We'll proceed with it immediately.
Order shipped: Unfortunately we're unable to change any order information for you after we have shipped it.

For cancelling order:
Order not shipped: please email us and let us know how you want to change. We'll proceed with it immediately.
Order shipped: We cannot cancel the order after shipping. However, we can do the refund process once you receive the package.

Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue:
- Check if the shipping address of your order is correct;
- Check your mailbox or ask your neighbors whether they have received the parcel on your behalf.
- Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
- If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please let us know by Email.

You may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the local regulations.

Please note that we may require photo proof so we can better identify the problem. You do not need to include the face in the picture, just the product itself.

Once our billing team has issued the refund (usually issued within 1-2 business days). The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used. The expected processing times are shown below.
Credit card refund --- it may take up to 7-14 working days to show in your account.
PayPal refund --- it may take up to 72 hours to show in your PayPal account.
